The June event brings together talented small enterprise innovators and entrepreneurs from across the region along with investors on the lookout for emerging talent.

Attendees can make valuable new connections and take away insights and advice from world-class speakers and the region’s trailblazing technology companies.

New for 2019, the Exhibition space is an opportunity for businesses to take exhibition space at the event.

Limited to just twenty stands on a first come, first served basis exhibitors will have the chance to showcase their organisations’ services and products to an anticipated audience of 700 STEMM business leaders.

Environmental Futures & Big Data Impact Lab

Environmental Futures encompasses environmental sciences and covers atmospheric, terrestrial, freshwater and marine, pollution control and mitigation, meteorological sciences, climate change, ecology and environmental monitoring, impacts on ecosystems goods and services.

Exeter Initiative of Science and Technology (ExIST)

The ExIST group was founded by Exeter Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Exeter’s leading research and development organisations. The group has come together to showcase science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine in Exeter. We aim to represent and assist private sector innovation and so far, the response has been better than we could have hoped. The Steering Group for ExIST comprises representatives from some of the most high profile organisations and innovative businesses in the area. Agri-tech Cornwall

The Agri-tech Cornwall Project supports ambitious small and medium-sized Cornish companies develop innovations to improve efficiency, profitability and resilience in the agricultural sector – in field or moor, forest or shore. This £9.6m project, running to March 2020, is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly. It is led by the Duchy College Rural Business School in partnership with leading research institutions – the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth and Rothamsted Research – and the Cornwall Development Company. AHDB and Defra

Working in partnership, Defra and industry will develop world leading standards of livestock traceability in the UK. This will deliver a competitive trade advantage, make us more resilient and responsive to animal disease and will drive innovation, interoperability and productivity improvements throughout the meat and livestock sectors. The Livestock Information Programme, led by the AHDB, aims to replace existing livestock movement services for cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and deer with a multi-species, digitally enabled traceability service. This will become a platform for innovation – enabling third party systems to inform and add value to the livestock industry, its supply chains, and ultimately the consumer.
