Travel with Great Western Railway

The closest station to Sandy Park is Digby & Sowton which is immediately adjacent to Sandy Park, served by the regular GWR train service between Exeter and Exmouth. Interchange for mainline GWR train services at Exeter St David’s station.

Travel with GWR and enjoy free on-board Wi-Fi, 1st and Standard Class seating, air-conditioning and catering services.


Sandy Park is located just off Junction 30 of the M5.

Complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. The café will be open from 09.30 – 16.45 for delegates to purchase additional drinks and small snacks. A packed lunch will be available free of charge for delegates to collect from 11.30 – 14.00. Delegates are also welcome to bring their own food and drink particularly in the case of any allergy concerns.

WIFI Access

WIFI will be available at Sandy Park – the access code will be displayed on the day.

Arrival & Registration

Registration is open for delegates from 8.30 in the Exeter Suite on the 1st Floor. Please bring proof of registration, either a printed copy of your ticket or visible on your smartphone or tablet.

For attendees of the Michelmores VIP networking breakfast registration will be available in the AeroSpace Cornwall Café (Chiefs Suite) from 7.30am.

Exhibitors can access the site from 14.00-18.00 on Friday 14 June and from 7.00 on the day of the event to set up their stand space. For exhibitors with large equipment to transport please use the North Turnstile entrance to access the building, all other exhibitors can use the main car park and ground floor entrance. Detailed instructions will be sent to all exhibitors in advance but if you have any questions please contact Stand breakdown is from 17.00-18.00 on the day of the event.
